Overview
- Lead marketing and recruitment strategies to achieve patient enrollment goals in psychiatric clinical studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives.
- Develop and oversee corporate branding initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with clear ROI tracking and reporting.
- Build and maintain referral programs and community outreach partnerships for recruitment purposes.
- Ensure compliance with clinical trial regulations, including HIPAA, GCP, and IRB guidelines.
- Provide strategic leadership in marketing and recruitment across outpatient and inpatient domains.
- Travel to clinical sites as needed to support team building and recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute patient recruitment strategies tailored to study-specific needs.
- Mentor and manage marketing teams, call centers, and prescreening staff.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and sponsors to meet enrollment targets.
- Track recruitment performance using key metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
- Oversee marketing and advertising initiatives for clinical trials and organizational branding.
- Ensure accurate budget tracking and reporting for recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing platforms.
- Analyze recruitment reports to optimize campaign ROI and performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree required, with a focus on clinical research or marketing preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial patient recruitment; multi-site experience preferred.
- Proven success in managing recruitment across multiple studies concurrently.
- Experience managing teams in marketing, prescreening, and call center functions.
- Proficiency in CTMS systems, CRM tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills with sponsor-facing presentation experience.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media, and conventional marketing strategies required.
- Availability to travel between sites in South Florida and work on-site as needed.
