Overview

- Work onsite at a prestigious location with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Represent the client’s brand with exceptional service, attention to detail, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage conference room bookings, visitor schedules, and AV setup coordination.
- Handle deliveries, sort and distribute mail, and manage office supplies.
- Support office operations by liaising with vendors and assisting with events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Provide general administrative support to office leadership and departments as required.
- Coordinate with building security for check-in and clearance processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for building-related issues and facilities inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; additional certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant front desk or receptionist experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google Workspace is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Punctual, reliable, and capable of working calmly under pressure.
- Corporate attire, maturity, and a professional attitude are essential.
