Overview

  • Join a dynamic team as a Receptionist, providing essential front-desk services in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for employees, clients, and guests.
  • Work onsite at a prestigious location with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Represent the client’s brand with exceptional service, attention to detail, and discretion.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of office activities and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage conference room bookings, visitor schedules, and AV setup coordination.
  • Handle deliveries, sort and distribute mail, and manage office supplies.
  • Support office operations by liaising with vendors and assisting with events.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Provide general administrative support to office leadership and departments as required.
  • Coordinate with building security for check-in and clearance processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for building-related issues and facilities inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant front desk or receptionist experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google Workspace is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Punctual, reliable, and capable of working calmly under pressure.
  • Corporate attire, maturity, and a professional attitude are essential.
  • Must be vaccinated against Covid-19 as per company policy.
