Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage month-end and quarter-end financial statement close processes efficiently.
- Review account reconciliations and rollforwards for international subsidiaries.
- Prepare and review journal entries and variance analyses across entities.
- Analyze ERP transactional details to enhance financial data transparency.
- Support external audits by providing accurate balance sheet and expense account data.
- Collaborate with subsidiary teams to ensure proper financial statement classifications.
- Perform detailed reviews of expense accounts and accruals.
- Assist in troubleshooting financial discrepancies and implementing solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, with 2 busy seasons in public accounting.
- Preferred 7 years of experience in accounting roles, including multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles and SOX compliance requirements.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas.
- Experience with ERP systems and consolidation systems preferred.
- CPA certification preferred, with a mix of public and industry experience.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
