Job Description

Overview

  • Join a dynamic Investor Relations team in a permanent role supporting institutional and private wealth clients.
  • Play a pivotal role in operational due diligence and client service activities.
  • Collaborate across various operational teams, including Compliance, Legal, and Technology.
  • Develop and maintain investor-facing documents and due diligence materials.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with a requirement of five days in-office weekly.
  • Contribute to improving team processes, workflows, and client service capabilities.
  • Enhance your skills in project management, communication, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support investor operational due diligence reviews, including DDQs and custom questionnaires.
  • Coordinate responses and materials from internal teams to ensure accurate deliverables.
  • Maintain and update investor-facing documents and operational templates for quality assurance.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and creation of customized materials.
  • Manage investor information in CRM systems and track diligence activities.
  • Attend and support investor meetings and calls as required.
  • Proactively contribute ideas to enhance team processes and client service capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 3-10 years of experience in the alternative investments industry, preferably at a hedge fund.
  • Familiarity with hedge fund structures, fund operations, and institutional due diligence requirements.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach with sound judgment and ownership mindset.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a team-oriented culture.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Series 3 certification will be required after joining.
