Job Description

Overview

  • Lead strategic growth and operational excellence within the Technology, Media, and Telecom Advisory practice.
  • Serve as a senior leader on high-profile client engagements, ensuring delivery quality and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to set practice vision, priorities, and growth targets.
  • Design and refine operating models, methodologies, and talent structures for scaling success.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and private equity sponsors.
  • Drive transformation programs from inception through execution, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Represent the practice in the market through thought leadership and industry networking.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal shaping and solution design.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Partner with leadership to set strategic priorities and growth targets for the practice.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of delivery leaders and consultants.
  • Manage practice-level performance metrics, P&L oversight, and resourcing strategies.
  • Serve as senior engagement lead or executive sponsor on strategic client accounts.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Support business development by shaping proposals and participating in pitch meetings.
  • Publish thought leadership articles and participate in industry networking events.
  • Identify emerging market trends and translate them into innovative service offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years in strategy, consulting, or operational leadership roles.
  • Strong finance background with understanding of SaaS KPIs and corporate finance.
  • Proven ability to manage internal operations and external client leadership at an executive level.
  • Experience working with private equity-backed portfolio companies and scaling practices.
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of growing accounts.
