Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in daily project activities and coordination tasks.
- Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to address and resolve construction issues effectively.
- Monitor project schedules, update reports, and identify potential risks or delays.
- Track costs, assist with pay applications, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality control procedures on-site.
- Support project closeout processes, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction general contracting required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred.
- Prior experience with light industrial or warehouse projects is advantageous.
- Knowledge of construction means, methods, and scheduling required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are critical for success.
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
