Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in daily project activities and coordination tasks.
  • Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to address and resolve construction issues effectively.
  • Monitor project schedules, update reports, and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Track costs, assist with pay applications, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality control procedures on-site.
  • Support project closeout processes, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction general contracting required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred.
  • Prior experience with light industrial or warehouse projects is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of construction means, methods, and scheduling required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are critical for success.
  • Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
