Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership for multiple commercial construction projects exceeding $50M in value.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Manage and mentor project managers, superintendents, and support staff to enhance performance.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management to achieve operational goals.
  • Implement safety programs and best practices to maintain high standards.
  • Act as the primary executive contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership of large projects.
  • Proven track record in commercial, healthcare, higher education, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and mentor teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-relations abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management software, scheduling tools, and financial controls.
