  • Utilize your expertise to screen, schedule, and manage subjects for multiple clinical research studies.
  • Contribute to enrollment goals by cross-screening patients and ensuring high-quality subject selection.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as the primary contact for study participants, providing information and scheduling appointments.
  • Recruit and pre-screen subjects using established protocols and screening processes.
  • Schedule eligible patients for on-site visits, ensuring necessary accommodations are arranged.
  • Maintain and update subject records in internal databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet study enrollment goals and maximize cross-screening opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GCP, and HIPAA guidelines in daily operations.
  • Identify and resolve issues reported by subjects, ensuring satisfaction and quality service.
  • Participate in team meetings to update recruitment strategies and incorporate new information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, communications, or science-related field preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of call center, customer service, or clinical research experience.
  • Strong familiarity with medical terminology and previous healthcare or clinical research employment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, multitasking across multiple screens and operating systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and clarity in interactions.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, with flexible shifts between 8AM and 9PM EST.
  • Access to high-speed internet meeting minimum requirements of 70 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Sense of urgency, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing protocols or strategies.
