Overview

  • Join a dynamic team as a Recruiting Coordinator, providing essential support to the Global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience by managing interview coordination and communication processes.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with on-site days Monday through Thursday and remote Fridays.
  • Gain hands-on experience in recruiting and onboarding processes, enhancing your HR expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with Human Resources and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment activities.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience by managing communications and addressing inquiries.
  • Prepare interview itineraries and ensure meetings start and end on time.
  • Update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and compile feedback post-interview.
  • Conduct reference checks and initiate background checks as required.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine and proofread job descriptions.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring coordination with HR and IT teams.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and reporting tasks to support Talent Acquisition goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office or scheduling roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork across departments.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
