Overview
- Lead nursing operations in a dynamic Emergency Department within a thriving healthcare network.
- Oversee main ED with 125 daily census and Free Standing ED with 105 daily census.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Drive initiatives for patient safety, satisfaction, and evidence-based practices.
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance for a Level I Trauma Center.
- Mentor nursing leaders and frontline staff to foster professional growth.
- Contribute to the expansion of services, including a new Free Standing ED.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in evidence-based practices and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills to manage staffing, budgeting, and performance.
- Experience in rural healthcare settings is advantageous.
- Ability to foster collaboration and accountability within multidisciplinary teams.
