Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Sort and distribute mail, and manage shipping codes for HR.
- Reset passwords and process return mail for HR-related documents.
- Support marketing initiatives by managing promotional items and swag.
- Assist with building and office access, including parking coordination.
- Provide administrative support for executive assistants and office personnel.
- Partner with IT to handle employee equipment returns and processing.
- Coordinate onsite interviews and ensure conference room readiness.
- Contribute to employee recognition and engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; proven administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
