Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support and manage office operations in a professional setting.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and serve as the first point of contact.
  • Assist with conference room setup and breakdown for meetings and events.
  • Take inventory and place orders for office snacks and refreshments.
  • Support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks and inbox management.
  • Collaborate with IT for equipment returns and processing.
  • Coordinate onsite interviews and room setup for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist with employee recognition activities and events.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sort and distribute mail, and manage shipping codes for HR.
  • Reset passwords and process return mail for HR-related documents.
  • Support marketing initiatives by managing promotional items and swag.
  • Assist with building and office access, including parking coordination.
  • Provide administrative support for executive assistants and office personnel.
  • Partner with IT to handle employee equipment returns and processing.
  • Coordinate onsite interviews and ensure conference room readiness.
  • Contribute to employee recognition and engagement activities.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; proven administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods in a professional setting.
