Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop analytic tools in Python and SQL for fund comparisons, exposure aggregation, and scenario testing.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to integrate tools into broader platforms.
• Enhance structured approaches to analyzing manager performance and portfolio metrics.
• Establish clear methodologies reflecting best practices across public and private markets.
• Provide actionable insights through analytical workflows tailored to portfolio questions.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party analytical suites to improve reporting capabilities.
• Mentor analytics engineers and set quality standards for analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with Research and Advisory teams to support investment decisions effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in investment analytics or portfolio analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, including Git version control practices.
• Strong expertise in alternative asset analytics and multi-asset portfolio analysis.
• Experience mentoring analysts and setting standards for analytic quality.
• Ability to present methodologies to portfolio managers and investment committees.
• Knowledge of market/reference data, benchmark analysis, and corporate actions impact.
