Overview

  • Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Monitor and document patient health conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain patient safety.
  • Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and requests during assigned shifts.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required for eligibility.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
  • Ability to work evening and overnight shifts on-site.
  • Strong understanding of patient care and safety protocols.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
  • Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks and assist patients.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and respectful care.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant is highly desirable.
