Overview

  • Lead and manage large-scale healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for optimal resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout project execution.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess construction quality and adherence to plans.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders and team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare construction.
  • Proven ability to manage $100M+ projects with complex requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required for project needs.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent.
