Overview

  • Manage and oversee ground-up vertical construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project goals and deliverables.
  • Utilize estimating expertise to accurately forecast project costs and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards during project execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders and management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in vertical construction.
  • Proficiency in estimating and cost forecasting for construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred 8 years of experience in project management roles.
