Job Description

Overview

  • Lead payroll and benefits programs for a dynamic organization, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to manage payroll processes for U.S. and international employees.
  • Enhance employee benefits offerings, including 401(k), health insurance, and other perks.
  • Drive process improvements to optimize payroll accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as a key resource for employees on payroll and benefits-related queries.
  • Join a professional and approachable team in a full-time on-site role.

  • Work closely with the Head of Accounting to align payroll strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage biweekly payroll processes for U.S.-based employees using ADP systems.
  • Coordinate international payroll for employees in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws and internal policies.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Fully own and enhance the firm's benefits strategy and administration.
  • Assess and improve current benefits offerings, including 401(k) and health insurance.
  • Manage vendor relationships for benefits programs.
  • Act as a resource for employees on benefits-related questions and education.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Proven expertise in managing payroll processes end-to-end.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP systems and U.S. payroll laws.
  • Experience in benefits administration with a track record of program improvements.
  • Professional experience in a finance or professional services environment preferred.
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively take initiative.
  • Comfortable working on-site full time with a dynamic team.
