Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage biweekly payroll processes for U.S.-based employees using ADP systems.
- Coordinate international payroll for employees in Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws and internal policies.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy and timely reporting.
- Lead process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Fully own and enhance the firm's benefits strategy and administration.
- Assess and improve current benefits offerings, including 401(k) and health insurance.
- Manage vendor relationships for benefits programs.
- Act as a resource for employees on benefits-related questions and education.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Proven expertise in managing payroll processes end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of ADP systems and U.S. payroll laws.
- Experience in benefits administration with a track record of program improvements.
- Professional experience in a finance or professional services environment preferred.
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate independently and proactively take initiative.
- Comfortable working on-site full time with a dynamic team.
