  • Provide essential administrative support through October 31, 2025, ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Proofread and refine documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist in the directed funds process, maintaining organized records and documentation.
  • Print, prepare, and manage documents using Microsoft Word and other tools.
  • Update and maintain the organizational calendar with relevant events and schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Provide support in managing communications and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Utilize Excel for data management and reporting tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
