Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform Mohs surgery and general dermatology procedures with precision and adherence to clinical standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic medical record systems.
  • Ensure compliance with state laws, regulations, and organizational policies, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Utilize specialized equipment and facilities to deliver optimal patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in continuing medical education to stay updated on advancements in dermatology and Mohs surgery.

Job Requirements

  • Board-certified and fellowship-trained in dermatology and Mohs surgery.
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active State of Florida medical license required.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and patient data management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with patients.
  • Commitment to quality and safety standards in patient care.
  • Experience in supervising and collaborating with medical assistants and support staff.
