Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's preferred.
- 8-10 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proficiency in federal and state labor law compliance.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes effectively.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and ATS platforms for data management.
- Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
