  • Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top healthcare professionals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Establish and manage HR operations for a newly opened healthcare facility.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster employee engagement through initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution to workplace challenges.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to manage data and recruitment processes effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 8-10 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in federal and state labor law compliance.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes effectively.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and ATS platforms for data management.
  • Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
