Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute detailed expense reporting and analysis for senior management, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Perform complex reconciliations for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and deferred rent accounts.
  • Ensure timely calculation, recording, and payment of asset management expenses, providing necessary analysis.
  • Maintain and update schedules for operating leases and amortization records, ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly journal entries, supporting schedules, and accrued liability accounts.
  • Conduct P&L analysis for non-compensation expenses, supporting financial decision-making.
  • Prepare bank deposits, daily cash reconciliations, and cash flow projections to assist management.
  • Support audits and process improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Epicor or similar general ledger systems is advantageous.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis tools.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
