Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute detailed expense reporting and analysis for senior management, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Perform complex reconciliations for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and deferred rent accounts.
- Ensure timely calculation, recording, and payment of asset management expenses, providing necessary analysis.
- Maintain and update schedules for operating leases and amortization records, ensuring compliance.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly journal entries, supporting schedules, and accrued liability accounts.
- Conduct P&L analysis for non-compensation expenses, supporting financial decision-making.
- Prepare bank deposits, daily cash reconciliations, and cash flow projections to assist management.
- Support audits and process improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Epicor or similar general ledger systems is advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis tools.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
