Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and oversee recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Monitor HR metrics and recommend adjustments for improvement.
  • Administer employee engagement surveys and action planning processes.
  • Investigate compliance reports and manage labor relations matters.
  • Update and execute wage administration programs and pay reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in healthcare HR management with multi-site operations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
