Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Process orders, manage customer accounts, and address billing and delivery concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company standards.
  • Communicate trends and feedback to supervisors for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in an inbound call center environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, including grammar, voice, and diction.
  • Demonstrated dependability and ability to meet performance standards.
  • Proficiency in PC usage and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays.
