- Prepare, finalize, and file legal documents efficiently, adhering to deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Organize and track case files, maintaining comprehensive reference materials for attorneys and legal staff.
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and client meetings, including scheduling, exhibit preparation, and vendor communication.
- Manage office operations, including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility maintenance, ensuring a functional workspace.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, collaborating with HR to ensure smooth transitions.
- Organize office events and celebrations, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER.
- Strong organizational skills to manage case files and administrative tasks effectively.
