Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise all phases of construction for cold storage facilities from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Manage on-site logistics, including equipment, materials, and workforce.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges on-site to maintain project momentum.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in cold storage projects.
- Associate of Arts degree or equivalent educational background required.
- Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
