Overview

  • Join a leading organization as an Aviation Planner, focusing on terminal planning and design within the aviation industry.
  • Contribute to innovative airport terminal planning projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, on-budget, and timely project outcomes.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, assignments, and schedules for optimal execution and delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and recommendations on aviation planning studies and feasibility analyses.
  • Create conceptual layouts, exhibits, and reports for airport master plans and related studies.
  • Research and analyze aviation industry trends to inform project strategies and solutions.
  • Engage in progressively responsible assignments involving terminal planning and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate production, schedules, and budgets to ensure project delivery meets quality and contractual standards.
  • Develop and review project plans, identifying and managing required staff for task completion.
  • Assist in defining problems and recommending solutions to market sector challenges.
  • Compile and analyze data for feasibility studies, environmental assessments, and airport alternative analyses.
  • Execute project directives, schedules, and strategies to achieve project objectives effectively.
  • Oversee consultant relationships and integrate architectural and consultant documents seamlessly.
  • Lead project teams in resolving design and technical challenges, ensuring optimal solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of construction methods, timelines, and new methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience, with 15 years preferred, in aviation terminal planning.
  • Proficiency in developing conceptual designs, feasibility studies, and airport planning documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation industry regulations and terminal facility planning standards.
  • Experience in systems integration, including baggage handling and passenger boarding bridges.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage consultant relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing aviation trends and applying findings to project strategies.
  • On-site work arrangement required, with a focus on collaborative project execution.
