Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree required, with a focus on administrative or managerial studies preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, Zoom, Adobe Pro, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
