Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Provide case management services in a 500+ bed hospital setting.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or inpatient care.

- Experience working in a hospital with 500+ beds preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
