Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Evaluate sourcing outcomes from a total cost of ownership perspective and recommend optimizations.
- Lead supplier relationship management, ensuring compliance and performance within assigned categories.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management; 8 years preferred.
- Proven ability to conduct sourcing life cycle processes and engage in C-suite level discussions.
- Expertise in developing and implementing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Strong analytical skills to forecast market trends and optimize sourcing outcomes.
- Experience in vendor relationship management, performance tracking, and risk mitigation.
