AI/ML/EE Technical Recruiter

POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for an AI/ML/EE Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting division specializing in IT staffing solutions. This permanent position offers a hybrid or remote work environment, focusing on recruiting top-tier professionals in AI, machine learning, and electrical engineering fields. The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle recruiting, financially motivated, and knowledgeable about MSPs and Fortune 500 companies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for IT professionals specializing in AI, machine learning, and electrical engineering roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients across various stages of their careers.
• Utilize ATS and other sourcing tools to develop a robust network of qualified candidates.
• Analyze resumes to match specialized skills and qualifications with client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance recruiting strategies.
• Develop creative approaches to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring goals and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
• Collect and analyze data to refine and improve recruitment processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in AI/ML/EE roles; 3 years preferred.
• Proven knowledge of the tech industry and ability to discuss relevant skills and companies.
• Experience recruiting for AI/ML product-based roles and maintaining ethical standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to challenges.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
