  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business development activities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Track and report on business development metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure favorable terms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, with 20 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in executive-level business development roles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience mentoring teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required for client meetings and events.
  • Participation in ESOP programs is available as part of compensation.
