Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform delegated clinical duties efficiently, adhering to established protocols and standards.
• Educate patients and families to facilitate understanding and adjustment to neurological health changes.
• Evaluate treatment plans for effectiveness, modifying as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with allied health staff, practicing within the delineation of privileges and medical staff regulations.

Job Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with FNP certification required.
• Experience in neuro care as a Registered Nurse preferred; new graduates with neuro experience considered.
• Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, with optional on-call opportunities.
• Proficient in evaluating and modifying treatment plans to ensure effective patient care.
• Strong communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.
