Job Description

Overview

  • Support Treasury Services, including financial transactions, secured logistics, and collections, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Analyze and report dynamic financial data, delivering actionable insights for process improvements and decision-making.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of Treasury processes, policies, and training initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external contacts to ensure compliance and maintain positive relations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal guidelines.
  • Display leadership and composure under pressure, effectively communicating with customers and co-workers.
  • Promote and coach Treasury policies and best practices to team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare reporting, reconciliations, flux analysis, and budgeting/forecasting for Treasury Services.
  • Present findings in actionable formats periodically to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage irregularities and policy violations through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with audits, trainings, and trade partner meetings to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide store support for ATM, Coinstar, Check Cashing, Lottery, and Money Transfer operations.
  • Support shared inboxes and phone lines for Treasury-related inquiries and issues.
  • Contribute to projects involving store openings, remodels, relocations, and equipment upgrades.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks.
  • Positive approach and willingness to accept new projects and responsibilities.
