Overview

  • Lead relationship management and business development efforts within the U.S. wealth management ecosystem, focusing on Independent Broker Dealers (IBDs).
  • Drive strategic partnerships and product adoption in alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, and hedge fund strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate investment platforms into broader wealth management offerings.
  • Shape go-to-market strategies and deliver solutions tailored to evolving wealth manager needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align client strategies with execution plans.
  • Provide high-impact presentations and analysis to support client engagement and strategic decision-making.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to enterprise-level initiatives promoting technology and investment solution adoption.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with Independent Broker Dealers engaged in private market strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, navigating alternative investment complexities.
  • Lead initiatives promoting technology and investment solution adoption across wealth management firms.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including new product introductions and platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client strategies and execution.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and analysis for client engagement and planning.
  • Define and track performance indicators measuring success across relationships and initiatives.
  • Support compliance and operational efficiency in enterprise-level engagements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; advanced knowledge of alternative investments preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or enterprise sales.
  • Expertise in private market strategies, fund structures, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience engaging with Independent Broker Dealers, RIAs, or wirehouse platforms.
  • Track record of driving adoption of investment platforms or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for complex investment concepts.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred; ability to work on-site Monday-Thursday.
