Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and professional standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient surgical unit operations.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care quality, addressing areas for improvement proactively.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
- Facilitate communication between surgical services and other hospital departments.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Active California Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS certification upon hire.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in surgical services and 3 years in management roles.
- Proven expertise in operating room management and patient care quality improvement.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
