Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine accurate cost projections.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine estimates and budgets.
• Monitor market trends and material costs to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project cost efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation.
• Support the development of bid proposals and presentations for clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all estimations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost estimation; 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools for construction projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost projections.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
• Manager-level experience in overseeing estimation processes and team coordination.
• Knowledge of market trends and material costs in the construction industry.
• Flexibility to adapt to hybrid work arrangements and dynamic project requirements.
