Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine accurate cost projections.

- Monitor market trends and material costs to ensure competitive pricing strategies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost estimation; 7 years preferred.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools for construction projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost projections.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
