- Serve as a Financial Analyst, reporting financial results for the North America region to leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and summarize monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial reports using streamlined datasets.
- Develop management board presentations leveraging new and existing reporting tools.
- Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure financial accuracy.
- Enhance financial models to improve profitability and forecasting precision.
- Analyze financial information to predict future performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance, pricing, practice groups, and other teams regionally and globally.
- Provide training and support to less experienced staff, enhancing team capabilities.
- Recommend and implement improvements to financial reporting policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of financial analysis experience; 4 years preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools is essential.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data effectively.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial policies and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
