Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Financial Analyst, reporting financial results for the North America region to leadership teams.
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improved profitability and operational efficiencies.
  • Summarize complex financial data into concise reports for decision-making purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff, fostering team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects and analysis to address emerging business needs.
  • Recommend improvements to financial policies and practices, driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and summarize monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial reports using streamlined datasets.
  • Develop management board presentations leveraging new and existing reporting tools.
  • Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Enhance financial models to improve profitability and forecasting precision.
  • Analyze financial information to predict future performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance, pricing, practice groups, and other teams regionally and globally.
  • Provide training and support to less experienced staff, enhancing team capabilities.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to financial reporting policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of financial analysis experience; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data effectively.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis is highly desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial policies and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with two days in-office required.
