Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare detailed policy memos and procedures to support departmental goals.
- Utilize Jack Henry system and other financial software for operational tasks.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and branches, providing effective solutions.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Exhibit advanced communication skills to manage team and client interactions.
- Adapt to diverse situations and resolve staffing challenges efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Support the COO in strategic planning and departmental leadership.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations or related field.
- Proficiency in Jack Henry system and familiarity with Fed EUAC, FIS, and TCH.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage a team of eight and ensure operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills for internal and external interactions.
- Capability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Preferred educational background, though not mandatory, in business or finance.
- Commitment to on-site work schedule from 8 AM to 6 PM, five days a week.
