Overview
- Lead technical project management efforts for clinical trial and software deployment initiatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage complex clinical and technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Direct project teams to fulfill contractual obligations and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior project management staff to develop their skills and expertise.
- Develop and implement process efficiencies and quality improvements within the PMO.
- Set operational standards and best practices to demonstrate the value of project management services.
- Utilize technical expertise to manage system implementations and data management projects effectively.
- Maintain working knowledge of clinical trial guidelines and software systems relevant to project requirements.
- Lead technical teams and resolve issues to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in clinical, biomedical, or software environments.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or senior consulting roles managing complex projects preferred.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and collaborative platforms like Teams and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of clinical trial guidelines, EDC systems, and biostatistical visualizations.
- Experience managing matrixed project teams and software development projects.
- Strong ability to lead technical teams and resolve project-related issues effectively.
