Overview

  • Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations team in a dynamic environment.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for efficient team operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for investor relations activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence and reports.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to necessary documents.
  • Support event planning and execution for investor relations activities.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to investor relations initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in investor relations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
