Overview

  • Lead strategic business transformation initiatives to drive measurable outcomes and align operations with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized operating models and processes.
  • Develop and execute firmwide AI adoption programs, including governance, training, and pilot projects.
  • Support post-merger integration efforts, ensuring synergy realization and cultural alignment.
  • Administer and optimize enterprise systems to enhance transparency, collaboration, and efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver impactful change initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-ready narratives and presentations to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the definition, prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Develop project business cases, objectives, and governance frameworks to ensure success.
  • Map current-state processes and design future-state models aligned with strategic goals.
  • Drive AI adoption programs, including governance, pilot execution, and impact measurement.
  • Collaborate on post-merger integration planning, tracking milestones, and achieving synergy realization.
  • Optimize enterprise systems, ensuring user feedback drives continuous improvement efforts.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative analyses into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to drive change adoption and alignment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate transformation; financial services experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning to implementation.
  • Strong project management fundamentals and process improvement skills, including Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
  • Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Monday.com and AI productivity tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting executive-level materials.
  • Experience with Workday Financials is a plus; ability to drive system optimization efforts.
