Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the definition, prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Develop project business cases, objectives, and governance frameworks to ensure success.
- Map current-state processes and design future-state models aligned with strategic goals.
- Drive AI adoption programs, including governance, pilot execution, and impact measurement.
- Collaborate on post-merger integration planning, tracking milestones, and achieving synergy realization.
- Optimize enterprise systems, ensuring user feedback drives continuous improvement efforts.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative analyses into actionable insights for leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to drive change adoption and alignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate transformation; financial services experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning to implementation.
- Strong project management fundamentals and process improvement skills, including Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
- Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Monday.com and AI productivity tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting executive-level materials.
- Experience with Workday Financials is a plus; ability to drive system optimization efforts.
