Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction teams, ensuring high performance and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to address project challenges.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Implement innovative construction techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management; 5 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing higher education construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
