Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse business professional roles.
  • Develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies for new markets.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to forecast talent demands and address labor shortages.
  • Drive efforts to deliver exceptional candidate experiences aligned with the firm's branding.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in professional services or law firms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and recruitment technologies.
