Overview

  • Lead strategic business transformation initiatives for a dynamic financial services organization, driving measurable outcomes and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver impactful change.
  • Shape the adoption of advanced AI technologies, establishing governance and scaling high-value use cases.
  • Support post-merger integration efforts, ensuring synergy realization and milestone achievement.
  • Optimize enterprise systems to enhance transparency, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
  • Engage with senior leadership to synthesize insights and enable strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to cultural alignment and change adoption within a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate organizational performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, managing critical paths, risks, and interdependencies.
  • Design future-state operating models and establish success metrics for transformation projects.
  • Administer enterprise project management tools, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance financial systems and track key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate AI adoption programs, running pilots and measuring impact effectively.
  • Support post-merger integration planning and execution, achieving defined milestones.
  • Craft executive-ready materials for decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate transformation.
  • Proficiency in project management fundamentals and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with financial services or asset management is highly desirable.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and work management tools like Monday.com.
  • Exposure to AI productivity tools and Workday Financials is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for crafting executive-level materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
