Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Project Architect, contributing to multifamily, senior living, and hospitality projects.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative architectural solutions.
  • Utilize Revit software for design and documentation tasks.
  • Work on-site to ensure seamless project execution and coordination.
  • Engage in client interactions to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of architectural plans and specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of project presentations and design reviews.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead design development and construction documentation phases of projects.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure project alignment.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design; 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation tasks.
  • Experience in multifamily, senior living, and hospitality projects preferred.
  • Architectural licensure is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with teams.
