Job Description

Overview

  • Develop and deliver impactful training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Maintain and manage learning management systems to track progress and provide resources.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve training methodologies.
  • Support organizational projects by building new capabilities and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Travel within the NYC area as needed to deliver training sessions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions on leadership, onboarding, and other topics.
  • Develop and maintain e-learning modules and reference materials for employees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to address skills gaps effectively.
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide guidance to ensure successful learning outcomes.
  • Manage and optimize learning management system functionalities.
  • Adapt training programs to meet the needs of diverse teams and individuals.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree with proven experience in training facilitation and content development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within financial services.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and training tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel within NYC area for training delivery as required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in high-volume environments.
  • Knowledge of financial services applications is preferred.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
