Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop architectural designs for multi-family structures exceeding 10 stories.
  • Collaborate with consultants to ensure project alignment and technical accuracy.
  • Apply knowledge of accessibility standards and Fair Housing requirements in designs.
  • Utilize AutoCAD for precise drafting; Revit proficiency is advantageous.
  • Coordinate renovation and conversion projects to meet client objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with International Building Code in all project phases.
  • Contribute to team efforts by providing technical insights and direction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • 5-7 years of professional architectural experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a plus.
  • Experience with poured-in-place concrete structures and adaptive renovations.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and International Building Code.
  • Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.
