Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily operations of loan closing, including trade review, documentation, and wire transfers.
- Ensure accurate processing of bank loan activities, adhering to best practices and workflows.
- Conduct daily reconciliations of loan positions and transactions, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and enforce controls related to performance, valuation, and data quality.
- Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering career development and skills advancement.

- Lead system implementations and operational process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of eight years in bank loan operations, with three years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in syndicated loan processes, LSTA documentation, and industry regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and automation, are essential.
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI and database querying (SQL).
- Knowledge of operational workflow mapping tools such as Visio or Lucid Chart preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and programming languages like Python preferred.
