Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT); ASCP or AMT(HHS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical laboratory experience; 3 years preferred.
- Completion of an accredited clinical laboratory training program is essential.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Familiarity with state, federal, and accrediting body regulations governing laboratory operations.
- Ability to work night shifts and alternating weekends as per schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
