Job Description

Overview

  • The Outside Sales Representative will drive revenue by selling waste and recycling solutions.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities through direct interactions with clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals and build client relationships.
  • Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities effectively.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Navigate NYC’s five boroughs to engage with potential clients and expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within assigned territory.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present solutions and services.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience; 2 years preferred.
  • Proven track record in contract sales and high-volume deal environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-starter with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate NYC’s five boroughs effectively for client engagement.
