Overview
- The Outside Sales Representative will drive revenue by selling waste and recycling solutions.
- Identify and close new business opportunities through direct interactions with clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals and build client relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities effectively.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Navigate NYC’s five boroughs to engage with potential clients and expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within assigned territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present solutions and services.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
