Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and oversee construction projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage on-site operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project progress.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects within scope and expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for project requirements.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of commercial architecture, engineering, and construction practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site with occasional remote work flexibility.
